To prepare and deliver your order we use your name, phone, address, reference, email (if provided) and billing data (NIT). For franchise requests we use your name, email, phone, country and your message.
Why we use it
Only to prepare, deliver and follow up on your order, issue your invoice and answer your franchise request. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. The delivery driver only receives what is needed for the delivery.
How long we keep it
We keep orders for as long as Guatemalan tax law requires. You can ask us to review, correct or delete your data by writing to our contact email.
